My Completed Projects & Current WIP

I thought I would show you all some of my work. Enjoy! ;-)

Completed Projects!

^ My 1st counted cross stitch!  All done in May 2010.
I gave this one to my Granny....she LOVES humming birds.
"Hummingbird" by Candamar Designs. 14 count Aida. 5" X 7".

> I love the quote...to bad something got spilled on it.
6/2/11 "Hummingbird and Morning Glories" by Dimensions. 14 count Aida. 5" X 7".
< My Granny gave me this kit because I didn't have anything to work on.

9/22/11 "Flowers And Hummingbird" by Dimensions. 18 count Aida. 5" X 7".

> My Earliest Cross Stitches

I don't remember how old I was when I did these or which one I did first. Both are stamped kits.

I messed up on the whale...he's supposed to have more dark blue at the bottom. What can I say? I was young. lol

Works in Progess!

<  I've got more of it done since I took this pic. Had to put this one on the back burner becasue I joined a Round Robin and have been working on those projects.

> My theme for the Round Robin is Fairies (surprise, I know lol). Here is my lovely little "Easter Fairy."  I had to send her on without her wings and a flower. I'll finsh her when I ger her back later this year.

Here's the link to the site where I got this pattern. (Although, I don't think this pattern is on there any more.)
They have lots of free patterns to chose from!

< This is for my Round Robin. A.R.'s theme is Christmas Trees! She provided the patterns for the group to chose which ones we wanted to do.
This pattern is called "Colorful Christmas Tree." (Don't worry, the colorful part is coming. lol)

Here's the link, if you want to grab this freebie!

  2. Awe thank you, Leslie! I'm still pretty new at stitching and still have lots to learn. I look at some people's work who have been stitching for years and it's flawless! I think to myself, "How the heck to they do that?" lol
